Eco Warriors

Eco Warriors

At Inspiros International School, our commitment to environmental stewardship goes beyond the classroom. We are proud to share the inspiring efforts of our Primary School students, who actively participate in our monthly Eco Warrior event, a hands-on initiative that nurtures responsibility, awareness, and a love for our planet.

Each month, students from all year groups in the Primary division come together for a common cause: recycling. With great enthusiasm, they bring in a variety of recyclable items from home, including paper, plastic bottles, old newspapers, and cardboard materials. These items are collected, sorted, and weighed, teaching the children valuable lessons about waste management, resource conservation, and the importance of sustainable practices.

One of the key features of the event is that it is student-led. Beyond just collecting items, the students also track their progress. A running tally is kept of the total weight of recyclables collected each month, and classes that show consistent effort are recognised in school assemblies. This not only encourages healthy competition but also reinforces the idea that environmental action is a shared responsibility.

We believe that by fostering these values early on, we are nurturing future leaders who will carry their eco-conscious habits beyond the school walls and into their communities. We are incredibly proud of our Primary students and their dedication to the Eco Warrior program, and we look forward to seeing it grow even further in the months ahead.

Together, we are creating a greener, cleaner future—one recycled bottle at a time.
